Privacy

Stottlemyer Ventures LLC designed Cosmic Explorer for children and families. We believe children’s software should collect as little information as possible.

Information Cosmic Explorer collects

Cosmic Explorer does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, precise location histories, or gameplay analytics. Player profiles and progress are stored locally on the device.

Camera and location

The app may request camera and location access for its real-sky experience. Camera imagery is displayed on the device and is not uploaded to us. Location is used on the device to calculate which celestial objects are visible. You can deny or revoke either permission in iOS Settings and continue using virtual-sky features.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Stottlemyer Ventures does not receive or store payment-card information.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe personal information has been provided to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
